Otoliths in Flux (Oslo/Athens)  is a monthly radio show exploring sonic art territories through artist talks, discussions and thematic radio pieces, hosting influential artists, theorists and composers.

Since 2020, Manos Saklas is the artistic director and radio producer of Otoliths in Flux. Stegi Radio is an online station based in Athens, exploring concepts of presence and motion focused mainly in the area of the Mediterranean Basin through myths of exodus and exile, cross-cultural interactions, political and theoretical discourses and reflections on living in movement.

Manos Saklas (b. 1998, Athens / based in Oslo) is an artist and a composer working across contemporary art, sound composition, and radio production. 
By employing listening as an artistic method, his body of work addresses contemporary issues of environment and ecology, migration and cross-cultural interactions, Greek mythology and diaspora. Often engaging with artifacts drawn from fields as diverse as theory and conceptual art, myths and their present-day interpretations, bioacoustics and sophisticated sonic technologies – his practice underscores their sociopolitical resonances.

Saklas' work has been featured in a wide range of contexts, including galleries and exhibition spaces, cultural institutions and concert halls, film and fashion, as well as radio and public spaces. His recent exhibitions include: Kairós: Listening Under the Weather (2026), Chronopoetics (2025), and Articulations of Chaos (2024). Since 2020, he has been the artistic director and producer of the monthly radio show Otoliths in Flux as part of Onassis Cultural Center’s Stegi Radio.
