ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.

La meditacion y los procesos cerebrales.  Todo el mundo produce, un día u otro, estas ondas, pero, la apuesta es aprender a desarrollarlas, a reconocerlas para estar atentos, ser maestrX de nosotrXs mismXs y conscientes de nuestras posibilidades reales.  Modifica tu onda cerebral en positivo ¡ -Usa audifonos grandes con buen sonido a un excelente volumen, Recuerda usar los audifonos en el oido correspondiente (Lft-Rgth) -Trata de escucharlos en calma,si es meditando mucho mejor,aunque en el caso de las beta, puedes escuchar mientras trabajas en algo especifico o intentas darle solucion mental a algo.   Mientras menos cerebro o niveles beta de cerebro se use mas cerca estamos de "la meta" de la meditación: Unión o Fusión con lo Verdadero( Yoga, Iluminación, y el gran etc.)  Meditar...  1) Existen pensamientos que surgen de la mente, 2) Estos pensamientos no son la mente, estos pensamientos se pueden domar,al seguir con una emocion (en donde en el cuerpo hay distintas interacciones de hormonas y otras cosas) surge el apego... 3)una vez domados(los pensamientos) surge un espacio-momento de experiencia de no pensamiento entre cada pensamiento 4) la fusion de estos 2 estados(pensamiento y no pensamiento) es un peldaño de la meta de la meditacion...  El cerebro Beta, osea en la normalidad al realizar nuestras actividades diarias ,tiene un funcionamiento tal de distraccion del presente y del momento que se vive , en donde siempre "se" esta pensando en "que hacer", en que sentir, a quien amar, a quien odiar o al contrario , los mismo sentimientos o emociones de situaciones del pasado (flashes de pensamientos y sensaciones)   Al meditar el patrón de funcionamiento cerebral cambia, puede ser en ondas Alfa, Delta o Theta... dependiendo del tipo de meditación a usar (ágape o amor erótico cristiano, yoga de las tradiciones de las religiones hindúes, o bien, siguiendo algunas "enseñanzas" de las distintas tradiciones budistas, o bien respiración holotropica, etc, etc. etc.), cambiamos ese patron de ondas cerebrales...  Potencializando con estos audios Vuela hasta donde tu desees...

About:  This track came about as a result of my own personal bouts with anxiety, self-loathing and depression.  In retrospect, I see this as a blessing and through this experience, I came to not only know and understand myself better, but I also became aware of the therapeutic value of music. Specifically, I became aware of how music frequencies can have a therapeutic and healing impact on the different brains states that we experience.  This particular track focuses on the third eye chakra, or pineal gland, which (for me) seems to contribute to not only a feeling of being relaxed, but also connected to inner awareness and peace.  My hope is that this music will be not only relaxing but nourishing to your soul. 

 This is a rough mix that I completed on my laptop speakers for my niece.  I am normally a perfectionist (but I am working to get over that..hahaha :).  I want share this track with family and friends and I will also hope to add additional mixes, of not only this track but also other tracks that also focus on other frequencies, and that include more musical development.  I see these as "soundscapes" or audio journeys rather than music in the traditional sense.
