Micro Bites is a forward-thinking techno project renowned for its deep, hypnotic grooves, hard techno and boundary-pushing approach to underground electronic music.
The journey began in 2008 within the raw techno-rave scene of Northern Italy, performing at legendary underground events alongside Spiral Tribe, Guigoo, and the Narkotek Sound System. These early years forged a high-energy, unfiltered dancefloor foundation that still pulses through every set.
In the early 2010s Micro Bites transitioned into psytrance, debuting the album Gateways of the Mind (2014) on Talismat Records and High Voltage (2015) on Synergetic Records. These releases earned international recognition and bookings across Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and France, sharing stages with icons like Juno Reactor, EVP, Laughing Buddha, and Dust.
After relocating to the UK, the sound evolved once more this time into a stripped-down, emotionally charged blend of hard melodic and hypnotic techno. Now based in London, Micro Bites continues to actively support the European underground scene, currently backing local promoters such as Warp o’ Clock, Dark Celestial, and Berlin’s Techtonic. In December 2025 upcoming performances will feature support for rising artists Area One and Theo Nasa, with confirmed gigs already scheduled across Germany and Austria in January 2026.
This ongoing evolution also gave birth to Opera Omnia, a collaborative live project with internationally respected DJ/producer J Nitti (Hed Kandi, INTEC Digital, Armada, Spinnin’ Records). Opera Omnia fuses progressive melodic techno with cinematic soundscapes, delivering uniquely evolving audio-visual journeys through precision production and real-time improvisation. The project has already made its mark with a standout performance at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).
From sunrise sets and underground raves to club residencies, Micro Bites continues to push sonic boundaries, flowing effortlessly between techno, progressive, and atmospheric electronica always in tune with the rhythm of transformation.

Biography:

Things started to shape when Paul Jalowiecki started his Bsc Creative Music Technology in 2011 at Stafford University and later on Salford Manchester, where he had 2 year residency. Since that time he has DJ’ed in places such as Ibiza, Krakow (PL), Jaworzno (PL), London (Fire),  Liverpool (Heebie Jeebies), Llandudno (The Fountains), Stoke On Trent (Bar 360), Nuneaton (let's All have Disco), Rugeley, and Crewe - part of it under a different alias.

Paul is the Atmosfield festival DJ competition winner where he performed at the Redbull Stage.

November 2013 saw him an appearances on BBC Click and The Guardian - collaboration with famous game designer Martin Hollis (Goldeneye 007) for Game City 8 festival.

In 2014 Vintage Division was born - a project based on previous experience but dancefloor orientated. It emerges modern Deep Tech sound with 90s and Chicago House influence. Additionally to production work Paul currently works full time as a mixing and mastering engineer at Chrome Mastering in Manchester. He has worked on over 5000 records that got released on labels such as Defected, Elrow, Intec Digital, 1605 Music Therapy and many more.
