FFRR goes along with the saying, Forgive and Forget, as I (and I'm certain many others) are forced to forgive things others put you up against growing up, leading me to find it way too easy to forgive people nowadays for things they shouldn't be so easily forgiven for, and instead deal with the constant trauma from remembering what someone has done and especially how it affects me. 

Having dealt with a lot of people's bullshit, I am forced to repress a lot, and many times the memories come back to haunt me.
