Opening of the Ambient Floor Garbicz 2016

@fataandmorgana - which means "mirage" in many languages - is the musical alias of Pawel Chojecki, a polish Dj/Musician based in Berlin. As a learned sound engineer he combines electronic music with slow, melodic, deep and ethnic sounds that contain influences from around the world. Established in Kater Blau, he draws his inspiration from the best artists in the genre.

Fata & Morgana -que significa espejismo en mucho lenguajes- es el a.k.a de Pawel Chojecki, un músico, Dj e ingeniero en sonido polaco, que tiene su base de operaciones en Berlín. Este artista combina música electrónica con sonidos étnicos, slow, deep y melodic, los que contienen influencias de todo el mundo. Instalado en Kater Blau, se inspira gracias a algunos de los mejor artistas del género.

Unsere Lieblinge Geju sollten uns eigentlich mit einem speziellen Podcast beglücken. Dies musste aber erst Mal auf Eis gelegt werden, denn die beiden Musiker sind momentan sehr gefragt. Zudem werden Sie bald neue Produktionen veröffentlichen, die es in sich haben.

Als 'Entschädigung' erhielten wir ihr Live-Set vom diesjährigen Mayan Warrior Camp. Say what? Ich bin beim Hören nicht mehr aus dem Grinsen herausgekommen und hoffe, dass es euch mindestens genauso gut gefällt, wie mir. Passend zu den letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres 'schwooft' das Set gemächlich und mit einer Menge Leichtigkeit über die auditiven Felder unseres Bewusstseins. Wahrlich zum Verlieben. Übrigens sind in dem Set schon mehrere Neuerscheinungen enthalten...

It's been a long time since we started this project and we met some fantastic people on our way. Nevertheless there are two boys who live half a continent away and are at the same time as close to us as they could possibly be. It's good to know that there are people around who share the same vision and Geju (@g-e-j-u) definetly work magic when it comes furthering the genre. Their history of countless performances around the globe in combination with them hosting captivating events in their hometown, they truly are two stellar figures in this movement. " Ahoy! I'm living at the baltic sea coast in germany and since my childhood i'm playing the saxophone in several live combos. But a decade ago I also fell in love with electronic music. I like it smooth, I like it slow, I like it driving and drifting. I love to spread my vibe daytime on music festivals, sharing storytelling dj sets and of course still love jammin the saxophone with soulfoul musicians. Once in a while I combine and make live saxophone Dj sets.
