Ever since Animal Trainer launched their global party campaign, the Swiss duo’s unique brand of ‘slow rave’ has captured the imaginations of countless electronic music lovers all over the world and spread their gospel to thousands, if not millions, of music lovers. Adrian Flavor and Samy Jackson are the two men behind Animal Trainer, a dynamic duo which grew up on a diet of the world’s very best electronic music artists in their hometown, Zurich. Driven by passion for the music and an insatiable appetite for the party, Adrian and Samy have become two of the hottest properties on the international circuit and represent the epitome of what Switzerland’s new generation of artists has to offer. Raised in a city with arguably the strongest club scene in Switzerland, Animal Trainer made their name through a series of parties called ‘Rakete’, which still take place at the infamous Hive club. The duo had already spent some time refining their skills as DJs before launching the event, but their sterling reputation was cemented at the club. It was only a matter of time before the ambitious duo pushed things a step further by injecting their love and passion into creating their own music. Of course, I'm always happy when I get to start a new podcast series. This mix falls in a time in which Covid conditionally here again many things become possible. Live music may be played again. That's why I gave this mix the working title back together again. At the same time the name of the last song. A homage to my loyal followers who are now allowed to be reunited with me at the places where I play live. How nice.

Also known for his energy behind the decks, over the years he has performed in different clubs and bars, having the honor of sharing the booth with renowned artists such as Sebastian Busto and Nebula(AR).

Daniel Reifenberg is like the sun and the moon: a harmonic interaction. The passionate DJ is since 1991 into Electronic Beats and in the mid 90s he set to music one party after the other. His genres are so full like the book diversity in the state library of Berlin. He takes his listeners on a journey in electronic music landscapes full of adventures and variety between gently sounds and wild party music for the crowd. Who wants thier audience to shake their asses and dance off should order Daniel Reifenberg behind the decks. The nature lover make it that his listeners stay in a atmosphere while moving their hips in the same time. The DJ-enthusiast is not just playing track by track. He tells much more sound tales, which remain in the body and the mind. The red thread from the first tone until the last beat make his sessions unforgettable.

Daniel Reifenberg produces with his best friend Silvio aka Sepsi-TT music since 2014. Next to tracks and a live band project they shape individual club nights, enthusiastic partys and transform open air locations to a inspiring music happening. Their current project called FreLab unites studio, video and artist meeting point in one setting. Artists, DJs and newcomer from the electronic milieu come together and share their passion for music. Friends and artists who joining this heart project are Max Lindemann, Fuxia, Ascon Bates, the collective Insel der Visionen, the crew of the Leipziger Club Brotfabrik and the Club Trafo.

This week we have upcoming Turkish star, @merimusika!

Meri met with music in her early age during children art school and danced to it every step of her life. It has always been a way for her to connect with like minded souls. Through her podcast series « Melodic Storytelling », she tries to create a genreless journey, blending eclectic music, ranging from organic house, melodic house to progressive sounds like melodic techno & techno. Growing up in Izmir, Turkey, Meri has always been surrounded by abundant nature. Watching mesmerising sun-sets and emerging moonlights contributed to inspire her musical explorations. As a techno lover, she aims to mix various shades of emotions in her sets. In that sense, her sets can be at times groovy & hypnotic, or, in opposition to that, uplifting and joyful. Meri performs in many famous electronic music places in Europe also she is part of big international music communities like sound of utopia, project heart and she is performing in those organisations as a resident DJ. At the end of 2019, she started to participate in international events. Meri's first overseas experience was Georgia at Tivi bar, which welcomes the strong names of electronic music. After that she started to perform in the Balkans and Europe (Montenegro, Germany) .
