Lovely woven themes, succesfully transporting the emotions

What time does my future begin...when the big hands on you and the little hand on two, me and you, two who will not accept secondhand love, but are eager for love's finest hours spent together until time is no more.  Another brilliant work that sets the mood for the listener. I find myself Lighting candles and just closing my eyes and revisiting the past when sorrow brough me the same question. What time does my future begin????

When I finished recording this, I hung my head and cried. Our lives are so short and when it is decided that have to lose many years of it because someone else's perception of who you are gets to impose his will over your life. The losses you bear inside that trap your time can never be relived. What you weren't allowed to experience can never be regained. It sits heavy on the heart and weighs you down. How do you encourage someone through that loss? I write music for him but he will not be able to hear even one song until he becomes a free man.

What Time Does My Future Begin

My music pieces are all piano improvisations expressing emotions. It is music telling stories without the words. In my earIy years I sang and played piano in piano bars or fronted bands of different styles, from country to heavy metal and to 40. I've been composing, teaching and performing most of my life.  I'm getting old(er) now 😔 but the great thing about creating music is it gets better the longer you play, and you have more to write about! 

This is what I leave of me to my generations to come who wonder where their desire to make music comes from. My mother, grandmother and great grandmother were both accomplished pianists when they were young. My son is also exceptional.  My great grandmother and gr grandfather sang and danced in minstrel shows (vaudeville) in the early 1900's. Kids today have no idea what life was like before moving pictures.  I now have great-grandchildren. They will know who I am through my music. When I am gone my music will still be here. What a wonderful thought!
