Zakir Jones...a.k.a. "Sonny Logan",  is a 21 year old Rapper/Poet/Songwriter, born in LA, but raised in both LA and Houston. Writing, singing, rapping, and dancing since the age of 9, along with a creative rebellious spirit to push the limits,  there is no doubt Sonny Logan is destined for greatness in the music world.

Currently attending college with a Major in Communications & Minor in Music, Logan plans to further his knowledge to become holistic in his musical journey. He has excelled in the Arts and has performed at a wide variety of locations including:
-Celebrity Centre
-The Nokia Theatre
-The Norris Theatre 
- Paramount Studios 
-The SouthBay Pavillion 
-The Civic Center 
-Hollywood Bar & Grill 
-Project Pit's Fashion Show (Model)
-F.A.C.E. & A.C.E. Runway Show (Model)
-Also hosted many shows at schools, and spoken word open mics.

Logan's sound is influenced by icons such as Lauryn Hill (L-Boogie), Eminem, Andre 3000, Tupac, and more recently Kanye, Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, and B.o.B. 
Logan hopes to go far with his unique and eclectic style of music, which includes recently released song "Power Sh*t" and remix of Lil' Herbs Chiraq called "It's Loganism". 

He is currently creating new music and looking forward to releasing his self-written Mixtape before the Summer of 2015, currently "Untitled". 

In a personal interview with Daveion Thompson, he says: "Let's just say they better watch out...because I'm coming!"
