Beenoise Attack Episode 122 With Jenna Gilmore

Jumping off with a new EP on Mental Genius, Claudia Lovisa takes up the fourth release for the Ibiza-born label. Let's just say, she does not let down in any way on this three-track house workout. Sent to Somewhere is set to be in stock next month, and it shows the Cape Town house figure at the top of her game. Leading out the collection is the underground vibe-donning "Smoke," a tune built for sultry, rhythm-deserving floors. Seductive synth lines slip across chief drum work and smoky bleeps. FYI, it's a pretty fine tune.

Track of the Day: Claudia Lovisa "Smoke"

Landing their Culprit debut at the beginning of next month, Superlounge heads out with a splendiferous deep house two-tracker. Jinadu jumps in on the title cut, “Ghost of Time,” lending his melancholic vocal tones to open up the EP. Attractively deep and moony, a striking bassline serves as the vertebral column for this piece, as it holds together exquisite extensions made up of driving percs, a galvanizing synth lead and glorious garnishments. No doubt, lounging on the dancefloor will not be an option when this one is on.

Sonolog was founded in 2013 by Bart Knol & Stef van der Poel. First official releases this year on Effektive Music & Consistent Records.

We don't bring our records on stage and press 'play'.  We bring our instruments and build a unique liveset each time we perform.
