"Break Up In A Small Town" is an extremely catchy piece.  The verses are talk-singing with soft background instrumentation, and then the chorus is a powerful EDM-sounding part. They might play this on country radio stations, but this song isn't country at all. It's a pop song, and a cool one :)

This is the first single from my upcoming EP, "Nu Age Soul" coming soon.

This song is basically a call to action for anyone stagnant about making the change they want to see. We can sometimes be so focused on what's going in the media, we often forget about the problems that don't make it on the news. There are other killings that don't make the national news and only a few people are taking the initiative to change the communities those killings don't get nationally televised . Most importantly, young people are dear to my heart, so this song is also a question and hopefully an encouragement to other believers. Why aren't most of us taking initiative in changing the narrative of the younger generation? Instead of just praying some receive Christ, reach the ones we can and the best time to do it is now.
