Ghettobass Mixtape Vol. 27 feat. TiZiAN aka SMOOTH GHUL

Gute Nachrichten, die Flausette hat ihren 30. Geburtstag gut verkraftet, sich mit der neuen Realität des Erwachsenendaseins arrangiert und hat seit gestern auch endlich den Kater ihres Lebens überwunden. Um zu beweisen, dass sie noch lange nicht zum alten Eisen gehört, hat sie  sich für diese Woche was ganz besonderes überlegt und keine Mühen gescheut für uns den neuesten Stern am Göttinger DJ Himmel an den Start zu bringen. Zugegeben, es war nicht ganz so schwer, weil Rieke als essentieller Flausebestandteil relativ leicht zu finden war. Rieke ist auf jeden Fall noch so underground, dass nichtmal die ganzen Leitern, die sie selbst auf ihre Flausette gemalt hat reichen würden, um sie zurück ans Tageslicht zu befördern. Sie ist so frisch, dass Febreeze sie schon nach ihrer geheimen Rezeptur gefragt hat. Sie ist so neu, dass... Ja OK, wir hören ja schon auf.
Frei nach dem Motto einfach mal machen und sich selbst nicht so ernst nehmen hat sie euch eine wilde musikalische Achterbahnfahrt vorbereitet, Mitsingfaktor und Vorwärtstendenz vorhanden, Anschnallen wärmstens empfohlen. Let's go!

Inspired by hardcore sounds of the past plus the cutting edge Footwork, Breakbeat and Jungle that her label platforms, Souci (she/her) cultivates a style which is ever-evolving. 

Growing up in Berlin as an immigrant, she has a unique perspective and an uncompromising work ethic which translates to the studio and the booth. Starting her deejay career in 2019 and with appearances at CTM Festival, Drugstore Belgrade and OHM Berlin already under her belt, her pace of progression matches the intense pace of her music. 

As co-founder of RAIDERS, Souci has overseen releases and raves alike, while refusing to ignore the political aspect of dance music culture and always endeavoring to highlight femme artists in her work. 

With releases on her own label and and Jensen Interceptor's International Chrome, plus more upcoming, it’s clear Souci is not slowing the pace any time soon.

We happily invited DJ Durstlöscher @dj_duloe for the 26th episode of Tunes to Daydream. DJ Durstlöscher is a member of the infamous TBA crew @tbainfo from Aachen.

DJ Durstlöscher delivered a very atmospheric ambient Jungle mix full of dreamy, organic and breaky sounds. Taking inspirations from trip hop, she blended an eclectic collection of songs that are quite chill, yet energetic at the same time.
