This is the live arrangement of the song "Atlan" originally released on the album "Atlan". This version conveys the evolution of this piece and how it would be heard in a live performance. The Tuvan language in the intro invokes the very moment of transformation from nature, in this instance a river into voice.

The lyrics of "Atlan" are in Nahuatl and speak of a story of unbridled love where a young couple together in a forest at night are overcome by the inestimable beauty of the moonlight dancing on the river and decide to remain together at the bottom forever.

Cehui is the second track on the album "Atlan" by Soriah with Ashkelon Sain. 
It is a prayer for the dead to pass into the new state of being. The vocal style is reminiscent of Classical Indian Raga and is based off the Midnight Raga, "Malkauns".

Xiuhcoatl's lyrics are in Nahuatl and describe a ritual to invoke a communion with the cosmic serpent. The high whistling sound throughout this piece is known as Sygyt. It is a traditional Tuvan style of harmonic overtone singing Soriah mastered under instruction during his travels to the Central Asian Republic.

In 2008 SORIAH was awarded “Best Foreigner” at the Üstüü-Khüree Festival in Tuva and received the “Third Laureate” award in the 2008 Fifth Quinquennial Ethnomusicology Symposium, the highest honor a non-native Tuvan had yet achieved in this field. In 2019 he won the award for best Kargyraa in the International “Khöömei in the Center of Asia” Festival, and in 2020, he was awarded the title “Magical Musician of Khöömei”. His entry into the Tuvan Anthropological Museum speaks to the deep impact his work has within its native culture.

He has contributed to studio recordings of Modest Mouse, The Dandy Warhols, Thor and Friends and Hans Joachim Roedelius.
