This is one of my most favorite compositions of all time. Unfortunately I had to leave off the last verse in order to keep the time suitable for a YouTube video. I will release the full version with all verses as part of an album later on.

Ben Pearce - What I Might Do

Made this back in 2009 for my Junior Honors English class. We had finished reading The Great Gatsby, and for a project, were supposed to put together a soundtrack for the book. Instead of choosing existing songs, I chose to make my own. I used a Yamaha keyboard set on appregio, which I linked to my computer and FL Studio, to create this. I layered a string pad over this, which I recorded the same way.
