Park Shadow is the project of Finnish producer Joonas Lehtinen, a figure whose roots stretch back to the late '90s tracker era. A very personal vision of drum and bass, this project reflects a balance between natural formlessness and urban grit.

With previous releases across the scene, Park Shadow arrives on Metalheadz with the 'Altitudez EP'. Goldie's interest in the title track set the course for an EP that draws on the roots of jungle and drum & bass while exploring its outer edges.

Across its four tracks, the EP unfolds as a journey - beginning in foggy melancholy, shifting into bittersweet, rave-charged energy, rising toward brighter, more uplifting tones and closing with an almost dreamlike sense of release. Breakbeat-heavy throughout, the 'Altitudez EP' is a release that carries the spirit of jungle into new terrain.

German producer, Intersoul, delivers the Liquid goods on his debut EP on Soul Deep Recordings.  The EP starts out with the intense vibes of "Breaking the Chains" which uses dramatic strings heavy drums and and energetic bassline that push the song to the limit.  "Beautiful Bird" takes a more melodic and melancholic vibe, featuring a beautiful female vocal by Identified, and big bassline.  "Part Of Me" is another melodic gem that rolls along.  The song features a sweet vocal sample, laid back rhodes keys and a deep, modulating sub bass that helps the song roll along.  "Unspoken" is another epic production featuring big string samples, big drums, and an underlying bassline that compliments the track perfectly.  "The Outlaw" rounds out this beauty of an EP.
