Electric Universe, aka Boris Blenn, released his 14th album, Sacred Geometry, on the Sacred Technology Records..

Musician, DJ & producer Andreia Gomez (Soul Scientist) blends the raw energy of live electric guitar with the intense power of full-on psytrance. Earth-rumbling beats, heavy guitar riffs and eastern inspired melodies are the hallmark of her music. Remixing and rearranging tracks from acclaimed artists such as Electric Universe, Avalon, Mad Maxx and Burn In Noise, each track bears her unique musical signature, achieved through the incorporation of live sound effects, samples, and instrumental layers. Her rapid rise in the UK's psytrance scene has seen her sharing stages with many of the renowned producers of the music she remixes, at the most prestigious events such as Boomtown, Existance, Altered States, Tribe of Frog and Illusiom.

Born in Portugal, she moved to England in her late teens to pursue her musical dreams. Founding the prog rock/metal band MIND, her role as songwriter, lead guitarist, and producer was initially influenced by bands such as Tool, Dream Theater and Rage Against the Machine. The later discovery of the bands Ozric Tentacles and Shpongle marked a shift towards psychedelic music, eastern influenced guitar playing and the fusion of live and electronic music. However, the pivotal turning point happened when she fell in love with psytrance and started DJing as a side project. She found her true calling in live performance and sound manipulation, able to bring all her musical influences, as well as her love for technology and her philosophy, onto a stage act that truly reflects the essence of her being.

Beyond the beats and melodies, Andreia sees music as a gateway to sensations that transcend the ordinary. Drawing inspiration from her own experiences of deeper states of consciousness induced purely by dancing, she adopted the stage name "Soul Scientist", an embodiment her belief in music's capacity to alter brain chemistry so deeply as to unlock transcendental experiences.

As she retreats to the studio to craft her own music, Soul Scientist continues to evolve, ready to explore new musical dimensions, driven by the desire to create experiences that resonate deeply within her audience and invite them on a journey into sound and soul.
