Denis Kondraschenko aka Soultape, has been producing since 2005, co-founder and member of the duo Adjustment Bureau. 
The project was formed in 2012.
During its existence, it has repeatedly brought interesting forms of sound 
to the world of underground electronic music 
with its releases and remixes,
as well as performing on the same stage in the company with
Petre Inspirescu, Barac, Maayan Nidam, Roustam, Vera, Dan Andrei, Steve Bug, Federico Molinari,
Julian Perez, Akufen, Sepp, Nu Zau, Cesar Marveille, Dani Casarano and many, many others...
The duo Adjustment Bureau has vinyl releases,
some of the latest imprints are Morning People (Serialism), Haze, MAYAK, Heisenberg.
In 2018, he co-founded the HAZE project and oversees the label of the same name, 
whose artists include Federico Molinari, Luc Ringeisen, Crihan and AOKI takamasa.
At the end of 2019, Denis stoped participating in all third-party projects in order to fully immerse himself in the creativity of his solo project SOULTAPE.
Soultape in its sets and podcasts is always saturated with positive vibrations, a masterful sense of rhythm, fresh trends in music and a magical atmosphere.
Continuing to experiment with styles with many years of experience behind him, 
Denis has launched his own vinyl record label with the same name Soultape,
focusing on the release of solo works, skillfully mixing minimalism, dub, electro, breakbeat and house, 
his records immediately find connoisseurs and fans around the world.

It is often said - something controls human life.  The life was predetermined a long time ago and we cannot avoid our destiny.  People are used to talking, the truth and fiction are weaving into a fancy tangle,  so “what is what” can’t be determined.  Nevertheless these two guys leed you deep into what’s real in music. It is often said: “everything was invented before we did and new is rediscovered old”.  It kind of did, didn’t it?!  But the most important thing in their job is no matter how does track look like,  more important how it’s presented.  Adjustment Bureau is Saksonov Vladimir and Denis @soultape-music Kondraschenko.  The usurpers are from the historical central part of Russia - Saint Petersburg,  now Moscow based.  The name of the project is translated like “Change your mind” with this slogan guys show in their tracks,  which are publishing in a Vinyl format only.  The project has already been released on Hypertone label with debut record “Epine Vinette”  which has become a starting point and a favorite track of famous [a:rpia:r].  there were also some releases on “Morning People” “Mayak” “Pleasure Zone”, “Bodyparts”, “Heisenberg”,  “Metroline”, “Dilated”, “Only Material Matters” labels.
