What’s 2 m tall, lives Behind the Iron Curtain, has 1605 reasons to run an awesome label, and flies? Meet UMEK, a techno legend from Slovenia.

UMEK is personally responsible for kickstarting the electronic music scene in his home country by first organizing illegal raves and then becoming one of Slovenia’s most wanted export products and the number one music ambassador to the whole world.

And he does fly! Around 100 times per year, visiting almost every continent each year. His gig diary ranges from dark underground clubs in Berlin to massive techno stages at the world’s most renowned festivals. 

Apart from making his name in the DJ booth, he’s also a tireless producer. He mostly releases on his own imprint 1605, and most of his tracks end up on the very top of Beatport’s charts. After more than 25 years as a professional musician, he decided to use his experience and skills in the entrepreneurial world. Together with his managers, he founded a music-tech startup Viberate (www.viberate.com), where they are building the world’s greatest music platform.

Claude VonStroke spent over 20 years shaping underground dance music and building a community. After selling the Dirtybird brand and taking a 2 year hiatus, he’s back with a new mindset - playing only where he wants, for those who love the originality of his unique style.

Born in Portugal in Alentejo , in the year 88 and 89 , these two childhood friends have long had a taste for DJing ! A keen ear and a taste unmatched by Tech House and Techno by these two DJs soon began to make their mixes ! Already at the time of the preparatory school both had their moments in Antenna Radio School ! Having in their most intimate origins Dj's such as Carl Cox , Dj Rush , Dave Clarke , Jeff Mills , UMEK , among others ! For a long time this taste was submerged by other ideas and ambitions , but the desire never died ! Always with the same thought .

In 2011 Dj Ábdoll Magath ( Ruben Pereira ) had its first appearance during the celebrations of the 25th April ! Faithful to the origins of this promiscuous electro dj had a second public appearance on the 1st edition of Warmageddon Fest'11 ! Always hidden , Mark Spier ( Rui Pires ) had as its first appearance during the season of Christmas in a underground party in the company of his close friend and partner of Music Ábdoll Magath , shaking and breaking down the walls to the sound of pure Techno !
