Recorded live at Sacred Sound Studios in Florestral Community, in the heart of the forest of Costa Rica.
Before we began construction of the rooms of the studio, we held several events in the incredible and giant empty dome. The acoustics in the dome were like no other in the world, giving us a unique chance to record with the natural amplification and reverberation.

ICARO DEGLI ELEMENTI
“Icaro of the Elemnts” is an Icaro in its purest and most ancestral form, the one in which the shaman, with an instrument made of leaves called Wayra or Chacapa, improvises a healing song during his rituals.
This Icaro, written and performed by Tati with the support of the sounds of nature audible from our home, is dedicated to the elements, invoking their spirit and the teachings that each of them can give us.
It brings joy and lightness. You can sing it every time you are dealing with an element: while you wash yourself with water, while you cook or warm yourself with the fire, while you let yourself be lulled by the wind, while walking in a forest. You will thus be present with the element.

ITA: un vero e proprio Icaro nella sua forma più pura e ancestrale, quella in cui lo sciamano, con uno strumento foglie, chiamato Wayra o Chacapa, improvvisa un canto di cura durante i rituali. 
Questo Icaro, scritto ed eseguito da Tati con il sostegno dei suoni della natura udibili dalla nostra abitazione, è dedicato agli elementi. 
Invoca lo spirito e gli insegnamenti che ognuno di loro può darci. Porta allegria e leggerezza, e lo puoi cantare ogni volta che hai a che fare con un elemento: mentre ti lavi con l’acqua, mentre cucini o ti scaldi con il fuoco; ti fai cullare dal vento o cammini in un bosco. Riuscirai così ad entrare in contatto con l’elemento e a ricevere i suoi insegnamenti.

Beginning with a traditional Indian chant, Kirtan-style, Jai Ambe (mother of the world) this song continues and shifts into an African chant Yabo (tribal protection chant).  Yabo is sung with many layers of vocals including vocalists SaraTone, Aliina Champion, and Sommer Fawn Moselle.
Each chant is supported by percussion & drums from that culture.

with Maternal Soul.... Purify is the title track to my 2013 Album.  This groove expresses my love for Hawaiian-style reggae!  It is being currently played on the island airwaves.  This is a song I wrote many years ago that I recently recorded in Hawaii with love and support of producer Damon Williams.  Mahalo, bro!

"Medicine” is a song-anthem honoring the traditions of folk medicine; plant-based medicine as a tool for empowerment and healing. It is a call to action to support the voices of the herbalists, healers, and teachers… the roots, plants, trees, and stones… the arts, the spirits, and the wild ones. It is an honoring of all the many ways that we can be well, and the radical and traditional ways in which we can steward health within ourselves. 

This song is a direct tribute to the people around the world who are holding and teaching these ways of herbal plant-based medicine, educating us all to know our gardens, our forests, our plants and our own bodies... to bring wellness back into our own hands and communities. It is not a dismissal of modern medicine, but a gratitude and honoring of its ancestry and foundations within folkloric traditions. 

This release comes on the New Moon after the Fall Equinox. As we are moving into a new season, a new time, and a new chapter, we offer this song as a ritual anthem for this transition and time of great change.

and trigger a radical shift in consciousness
a galactic tidal wave of light is descending upon the earth
activating the highest potential, raising the frequency
reality is being reformed, redefined
the activation of new neural patterns will trigger new perceptions
new information, new impulses and the recalibration of DNA
open yourself to these high dimensional frequencies

to inherit a magical new world of flowers, breezes, and sunshine
a world of freedom and delight, and the celebration of its divine nature
spreading her wings for the first time, she has no idea whether she can fly
she simply opens her wings in perfect confidence
and is effortlessly conveyed into the spiral dance of graceful flight
and all that then remains is the joyous participation in the divine ecstasy of creation
as you turn your light inward
and witness your true nature
you become an empty mirror
and go beyond beliefs or doctrines
dissolving the veils the formless takes form
going or coming
we are on the right place
as the veils are lifted we will perceive worlds of unimaginable beauty
self-transforming astral worlds of light will shine down and interpenetrate the density of matter
making it translucent, less dense and more permeable to our thoughts and feelings
multi-dimensional reality and the interconnectedness of all things will be as clear as sunlight
and just as the light is not separate from the sun
and the wave is not separate from the ocean
so shall we realize our connection to the source
and recognize ourselves and each other
