J-LOWER's latest EP, "Fractured Skyline," marks his sixth release under the ECU label. Fusing Electro with Chilled Electronica, he taps into the spirit of 1990s rave culture, creating music that is both nostalgic and forward-thinking.

"Fractured Skyline" features six tracks that delve into a rich mix of Techno and Breakbeat styles. This album includes two special collaborations with Choffers—one track brimming with Breakbeat energy and another adorned with a cinematic piano melody.
