Their dominant streak waxes anew with zero sign of waning, as they unleash 4 original pearlers into the outside world. Names all too familiar in the scenes they inhabit, Rudolf C, Lisene, DJ Life and Nathan Pinder combine their comprehensive skillsets for your unending pleasure.

The A2 track is ‘Time 2 Bump’ by Lisene, and if that kick drum doesn’t define ‘bump’ then we need a new sonic dictionary. Elongated acid permeates a sweeping groove, sitting atop a mechanized vocal of malicious design and destructive intent.

space•lab returns with the Viewpoint EP, a collection of breaky warpers, groovy melters and thrashing trance tracks from the outer reaches. 

Adam Pits returns to the lab with Intergalactic Espionage; a take no prisoners, no holds barred space monster with a driving bassline and a bleepy earworm lead. Tasty Water Stuff by Anderson is typically deep and uplifting, dripping in groove and intricate percussion. On the flip, Deep Learning is Lisene’s dark and brooding pacy breakbeat psy banger. In the early nineties, directly influenced by the Summer of Love of 1988, Florentine Riccardo Falsini began his project I Believe-a miscellaneous collection of records, compilations, and collaborations-released through his label Interactive Test (co-run with brother Franco Falsini).
These sounds would eventually reach Vancouverbased producer AVR (Avery La Rochelle) in the summer of 2018. Compelled by Riccardo's legacy as a producer and a deejay, Avery reached out to the Italian producer. A friendship formed that would see them collaborate on various dance events in Vancouver, as well as their Outside Of Time EP, a reverie of hallucinatory trance music. Over the past year, the duo recorded these tracks with the free spirit of early rave culture in
mind.
‘Outside Of Time’ is certified dance floor therapy that inspires the listener to believe in the power of love and music.

Fresh from his recent contribution to the Harvest 001 compilation, label boss Sarayu offers up the fourth entry to his More Rice label, entitled ‘Pridi 303’ – four acidic cuts for the danceoor. His quiet, yet steadfast dedication to the studio is showing clear signs of technical progression as well as beginning to illuminate his own brand of solid
grooves and soaring pad work. Whilst the airline industry remains in turmoil, Sarayu’s productions taxi quickly and land smoothly with minimal turbulence, transporting the listener between the different countries and styles that make up More Rice. Opener, ‘Adventures of a Dream’ brings together a subtly distorted 303 pattern and a twinkling synth riff, set against the backdrop of a thoughtful pad designed to space-out danceoors across Asia. Next up ‘PBIFH’ continues the 303 motif, this time laying it over a supertough, broken kick drum pattern that eventually leads into a twangling arpeggio synth pattern. On the B-side ‘Constant Jam’ is a late-night electro, boom-bap excursion which draws on crafty synth and acid lines to dazzling effect. Rounding off the EP is a peak-time, four-to-the-oor remix of ‘Adventures of a Dream’ from Hong Kong based and coowner of Klasse Recordings Mr Ho, a masterclass in building momentum for maximum danceoor impact.
