Back once again... and this time with another Industrial hardcore mix - or Darkcore if you prefer that term - to follow up on my previous Industrial mix (this one: https://soundcloud.com/borax_dj/industrial-hardcore-mix-1). For this mix I did not choose a specific time period, so the tracks range from 2000 to 2021 in a non-chronological order… it’s pure CHAOS! 

I tried to use an as large as possible variation of styles, looking at releases from The Third Movement, Genosha Records, Enzyme Records, Industrial Strength Records, PRSPCT Recordings, Deathchant Records, DNA Tracks and other dark hardcore labels. 

PS.: For the BPM freaks among us: when the Doom music drops, it means we’re passing the magical 200 BPM limit 😊

Therefore, it couldn't be more fitting to dedicate this edition to filling some of that void with the very essence of his legacy.

Hydroxide came on my radar about a year ago due to his Industrial Hardcore productions, but he is originally a Speedcore and Terror DJ/Producer, and likes to fuse these styles into his productions. He recently showcased his forthcoming Album 'Neutralization' at Chain Reaction II at Mikroport in Krefeld (Germany), alongside an all star cast, and has also played at parties such as 'Speedcore Italia's 'Deadtown', among many others... aswell releasing tracks on 'Terrordrang' and 'Partyraiser Records' to name a couple. Sound Abuse is the hardcore alias of Dennis & Casper Cardella. The main focus of this project has always been hardcore in its darkest form. 

In 2003 the first three official Sound Abuse tracks where released on the Darkcore CD ‘Hellraiser – Protect your soul’. This launched their career and was the first of many other compilations like Masters of Hardcore, Thunderdome, and Project Hardcore. In 2010 the first Sound Abuse EP ‘Serious Issues’ was released on DNA Records. 

But it was time for something new so they joined the infamous Dark Descent crew.  This meant they could experiment more and develop a more diverse style.  From slow rotten doomcore to industrial techno and uptempo hardcore.... ‘Inner strength’ and ‘A Decade’ are Sound Abuse releases not to be missed. In this period they also did remixes for Dark Like Hell, Zanthrax, Negative A and ofcourse the oldschool classic Human Resource – Dominator.
 
Sound Abuse performed on several international underground parties. They played on Megarave, Into The Dark Lands and NORAD more than once. Their DJ sets and podcasts are well known for their dark and industrial sounds.
