GhostWriter started his musical journey at the age of 16. His love for electronic beats was ignited by a "Freaky Flow" CD, catapulting him into the vibrant world of DJing and Drum & Bass. Influenced by the eclectic sounds of UNKLE, Andy C, Royalston, and the legendary Radiohead, GhostWriter's style is a fusion of Drum & Bass, House, Electronic, and Chillout.
The early 2000s marked his entry into the rave scene, where he began captivating audiences with his unique sound. Notably, he graced the stage at Battle of the Breakbeats at Lotus Lounge in Ottawa and spun tracks at RedRoom in Vancouver. Currently, he holds a residency with Camo Sessions, showcasing his talent regularly.
As a producer, GhostWriter's journey began in his late 20s. His standout chillout track, "Dreaming," released on MojoHeadz Records, exemplifies his talent for blending halftime beats with smooth textures and live recordings. His signature style? A seamlessly smooth transition style of mixing, honed over many years, that sets his performances apart.
Currently, GhostWriter is immersed in crafting a new album set for release, alongside an exciting collaborative project with "Num3ric," another Camo Session resident. These ventures promise to further cement his status in the electronic music world.
