restedlic Records series is back by MECHANICAL SPECIES.

Mechanical Species is the artist project of the Sweden, Dahni Strauss. His first encounter with psytrance were in his early teens, there was something different in this music, a depth, a profoundness, a psychedelicness which told tales of a deeper reality, he unknowingly been looking for.
Music had always been a interesst of his, but had been supressed due to boring conventional teaching methods.
The spark emerged from the surface once again when he began producing in 2009. Since then he has experimented with a multitude of styles, but the direction have gone more and more to the abstract and complex. As a natural progression the tempo has been creeping upaswell, now ranging from dusk to dawn.
In the studio his favorite part of the production is sound design, where he spend alot of his time, something which resonate through his projects and creates a unique sound.
He is currently working on his first album which is due for begining of 2017 ,it¥s a sonic journey through serenity and chaos, profoundness and madness, a inquiry into the unordinary.

Michael Neuschler a.k.a Microdot is a DJ emerging from the Austrian Underground Scene.
Being surrounded by many Dj’s and Artist of the Local Techno community, he soon began to show more interest for the Craft of Dj’ing.

In the Year 2002 Michael started his Dj carrier with playing Techno, House and Elektronik Beat’s.

2004 he met the 24/7 Crew and connected specially with Dj Astralex and his brother Riff Ruff, from thatmoment on he was very fount of this new style and excited about the driving basselines. 2 Years later he began to focus more on Psytrance rather then Techno.

In 2006 the first Gigs came up, and it was clear for him from this moment on that this would be his homebase.
