Soundblasting is proud to present the V/A - INDIGENOUS FOREST compiled by Intropin based in South Africa. He takes you into his universe with the following scenario:
Beneath the moonlit sky, where the air is thick with the scent of damp earth and ancient pine, there lies a forest unlike any other. This is the Indigenous Forest, a living, breathing realm steeped in the wisdom of millennia. It is here, between the tall, gnarled trees, where the veil between worlds grows thin, and the creatures of myth and legend roam free. As the golden rays of dawn pierced through the canopy, a chorus of birdsong filled the air, weaving an intricate tapestry of melody. The villagers nearby often spoke of it in hushed tones, warning tales of strange sounds echoing between the trunks, a harmony that seemed to grow and shift as night falls, as if the very woods were alive with music. The wisdom of the Ancient Ones, the elders of the forest, is whispered by the wind, carried on the rustling leaves, and echoed in the songs of the nocturnal creatures. Each step you take is a step deeper into the Sacred Realm, where time bends, and the rules of the material world no longer apply. Embark on this psychedelic journey through the forest of unique sounds where our creatures come to life.

GarHermes - Confusing Forest

After several years of organising events, the Soundblasting NC association is diversifying with the Caledonian psychedelic music label, Soundblasting Records! A new adventure with the launch of this new project to promote local and international artists!

Dendrite is the forest/darkpsy project of Dmitry, a South African–Russian artist. With deep, abstracted atmospheres that breathe like thought itself, Dendrite's sound shifts and evolves, branching, dissolving and becoming. Each story invites perception inward, forming immersive ecosystems, quietly pulsing, interconnected and awake.

GarHermes is the creation of German artist Felix Garcia. Starting in 2020, GarHermes embarked on his psytrance production journey, initially focusing on the "Full On Night" subgenre. As he immersed himself more deeply in the scene exploring new music, his style gradually shifted, leading him toward the darker genre, which is recognized for its darker tones and slightly faster beats.

Today, GarHermes's music is defined by an entirely nocturnal essence, breaking free from strict genre classifications. His sound is a fusion, combining elements from dark, forest, and full on night psytrance. This blend creates rich, abstract atmospheres while keeping a groovy rhythm driven by drums, along with his distinctive and powerful synth sounds.
