The British singer known as A Little Sound, has been making music since she was 10. At first, she posted videos of her acoustic songs. Later, she discovered the drum & bass scene — and the scene discovered her right back. In this exclusive commentary, A Little Sound talks about some of her tracks. “Afterlife,” from her upcoming EP ‘A Lotta Noise,’ will be relatable to lots of folks in the dance scene, she tells SoundCloud: “I feel like I will be raving into the afterlife.” The EP’s lead single, “Override,” covers the full, sensory dancefloor experience, and “Stars” – a collaboration with the Dutch producer Arcando — is about that time of night when the stars come out. “You want to go out,” she says. “You feel like a different person.” Listen now.
