Mercury Retrograde is once again upon us. I made this series to get us all through this time. The entire mix has been tuned to 432hz to bring the music into a natural vibration and assist in easing any frustrations you may currently be having. I have locked myself in the studio the past few weeks and having gone through so much new music - my inspiration has galvanized. So many tracks I wanted to include that the mix ended up being over 3 hours. Unfortunately I was not able to showcase any of my new stuff in this one. Partly because they aren't finalized and partly because I want to surprise everyone. This mix in particular is one of my personal favorites that I have made.

So, I made this series to get us all through this interesting time. This one is special. The intro to this one might give you a glimpse into some concepts you can reflect on, and concepts that resonate with my personal view of reality.

The dance-rock duo of Jimmy Vallance and Tom Howie, formed in Brooklyn in 2012, have performed on stages from Glastonbury to Coachella. As they prepare to drop their fourth album later this year, they’ve shared exclusive insights behind the making of their new track “Time of Your Life.” It’s about “the devil on your shoulder” and “throwing caution to the wind,” says Tom. This set was recorded live at the Desert Beats Dunes After Dark show hosted by Lobar in Reno Nevada. 

Due to popular demand, I took the set home and mastered it out in my home studio for your listening pleasure.

It was an incredible night to say the least. I got the opportunity to close the night out from about midnight until 2am. 

This set was inspired by countless nights in the deep playa at burning man. Some of the most progressive and interesting music comes out of that magical place (if you know where to look) and I wanted to bring a taste of it to our local burners about a week before the 2025 event.
