The Mauser C96 Designed Sound captures the sharp, metallic bark of one of the most distinctive semi-automatic pistols ever made. Introduced by German arms manufacturer Mauser in 1896, the C96 gained instant recognition for its unique design—featuring a fixed internal magazine in front of the trigger, a long barrel, and a wooden holster that doubles as a shoulder stock. It fires the 7.63×25mm Mauser cartridge at high velocity, giving it impressive range and penetration for a handgun. The C96 earned the nickname “Broomhandle” due to the shape of its grip and became widely used by military officers, revolutionaries, and adventurers across Europe, Asia, and South America. It saw action in numerous conflicts, including World War I, the Russian Civil War, the Chinese Civil War, and World War II.
