Now, Andre Crom returns to OFF with a deep and moody piece of house music, 'Hold On Tight'. Based on a layer of solid drums and a warm bassline, the track evolves with a gliding synth hook and bell theme, topped by a haunting vocal featuring Bramwell.

Today's exclusive premiere is Jonas Saalbach's reworking of 'Hold On Tight', which delivers a spacy interpretation, altering the original theme and introducing new synth layers.

Jonas Saalbach is refreshingly different as he constantly reinvents his music but refrains from leaving out distinct nuances, which make his music unmistakable, not to mention, he performs his tracks exclusively live. His music seems to distort space and time, liberates and triggers an intoxicating euphoric effect, that is long overdue.

Evident, Timo Chinala - Why Don't You (Evident revision)

Joe Acheson improvises live remixes of his Hidden Orchestra material, alongside versions of tracks by Floex, Piano Interrupted, Macmaster/Hay, Long Arm, and Clarinet Factory - from the recent 'Reorchestrations' album, which is made up of reworkings of classical, folk and experimental musicians.
All accompanied by one of the Hidden Orchestra drummers, Jamie Graham, whose drums and percussion Joe is also sampling, looping, and effecting live on stage.
The tracks are woven into a single continuous mixtape performance, with looped percussion solos, field recordings and spoken word extracts.

Hidden Orchestra will be doing a full band live-AV tour in Europe and India in November/December 2015.

First released in September 2015, 'Watered' by Jan Nemecek is now being revived by the label Soundhitectures in the form of two spectacular remixes of the original soundtrack. This edit of Watered by Evident is an 11 minute long cinematique and emotional aural story strung to perfection. It's beautiful.

Our 94th set in the podcast series comes from a very talented Ljubljana based artist called Evident. GD has gained quite a bit of familiarity with his music already, especially through its premiere series. His music is an ethereal blend of ambient soundscapes, echoing melodies and deep, mind-expanding trips. This set itself is a tight package mixed live and primarily made up of his productions and remixes; it's a 2 hour gradually blooming journey full of grandiose stretches.

Evident to release debut album Mysteries We Don’t
Have Time To Think About
Slovenia based electronic producer, dj and live-act Evident is set to release his first
album via his own Soundhitectures on 12th April. Mysteries We Don’t Have Time
To Think About​ journeys through fifteen tracks and spans from ambient beginnings
to slow electronica, break infused house and into classic deep-tech/house rhythms.
Evident belongs to the younger generation of electronic musicians. Born at the end of Yugoslavian era
into newly established Slovenia. Raised in the small town up in the north, surrounded by forest and
mountains he developed a strong interest and passion for electronic music, that never ceased to exist.
Fast forward a few years and he became one of its most interesting representatives from the Balkan
region. In recent years he remained influenced by the artistic, melancholic and explorative side of
electronic music, while staying firmly connected to the club core that resides between house and techno.
After numerous chances to play the at the same nights & stages as Mike Servito, Johannes Heil,
Richard Davis, Will Saul, Larsson, Funkineven, youANDme, Chymera, Jan Blomqvist​ he
developed a sense for djing, which he was able to showcase in clubs and festivals in neighbouring
countries. Lately associated with SolvdMag and it’s successful SOLVD events, he became monthly ​
resident at the legendary Klub K4​ in Ljubljana, where he currently lives and works.
Influenced by the nature, technology, electronic music, consciousness, everyday contrasts and events
around the world, the album started to take it’s shape in the summer of 2016. Album’s tracklist creates
it’s own story and sets the tone and expectations for the listeners experience which soon dispels into 79
minute long experience, full of sensual atmospheres, edgy rhythms, playful noises, progressive melodies
and ambience recordings.
