Bethany Weimers is a folk-influenced alt-pop singer-songwriter who records and produces tracks from her home studio in Oxford. Her music has been heard on radio stations such 6 Music, Radio 3, Amazing Radio and BBC Oxford; and she has toured in both the UK and Europe. She has a Masters in Composition from Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and combines her solo music career with work as a songwriter/producer for a global education publisher, alongside directing full-cast audio dramas. 

Musical influences include Agnes Obel, Sharon Van Etten & Nick Cave and fans have likened Bethany to artists such as PJ Harvey and the iconic Joan Baez.

An EP funded by a Help Musicians grant is due for release in early summer 2025.

Oxford based The Ideas comprises of Gary S Creigh on vocals and guitar, Steve Hare on bass and backing vocals and Nick Aspey on drums.
 The band wear their influences on their sleeves – especially those from the Oxford area – with the Ride and similar 'shoegaze' sounds featuring strongly, as well those other Oxford heroes, Radiohead.

The Ideas audio-landscape is rich, with tonal and vocal inspiration present from early 80s post punk artists, such as The Cure and Joy Division, brought up-to-date with pounding back-drops, akin to The National, Interpol and Arcade Fire.
 The band recently recorded with renowned UK indie producer George Shilling – Frank Turner, Blur, Teenage Fanclub – and have their debut album planned for the later-half of 2020.

Mosa is the alter-ego of Oxford, UK based music writer and producer, David Ashbourne. Mosa’s music is driven by passion and the simple need to be creative and produce sound. Dave's music has featured on a diverse range of recordings including erstwhile Oxford folk rock band Samuel Zasada, to the online slot games pumping out diverse musical genres, from electro bops to full orchestral suites from his day job as a composer and sound designer. Naturally French cinema came calling and saw him resident for a while in Paris, lending his deep, soulful voice to an independent movie soundtrack.

Mosa provides a world in which these multiple musical talents can be explored with total freedom and is a culmination of all things Dave. It's beautiful, dark, melancholy at times and at other times nostalgic and uplifting.


Mosa previously worked with the label BigWhoop! Records from inception, but is currently releasing music under his own independent label; Beastling Records.
