Part five then welcomes the return of label regular Vid with ‘Cherry Flowers’, an elevenand a half minute journey winding through modulating percussion, sub swells, breathyvocals and bubbling synths before Subb-an’s ‘Type 3’ concludes the series with dynamicdrums, wandering bass licks and hypnotising atmospherics.

Our imprint marks its five years anniversary this year and to celebrate it’s offeringup five special various artist packages across 2019 limited to 250 copies each, featuring material from the likes of Vid, The Mole, Cinthie, Shinichiro Yokota, San Proper, Akiko Kiyama, Com Sin aka Cosmin TRG, Subb-an and more..

Here though we see the focus on the core family as well as some new additions, celebrating the artists involved over the past five years and looking towards the future with some fresh, hotly tipped acts. This project also sees a new design concept for the imprint from London’s David Surman’s painting installation project ‘Paintings For The Cat Dimension’ which ‘’explores the motif of the cat as emblematic of internet aesthetics, a place where all painting styles and modes now exist non-hierarchically as pure information.’’

◉Blending together pounding bass lines and rich tribal rhythms to a gritty underground soundscape, Wadcutter is a DJ and Producer hailing from London. Known for his own brand of house music that combines styles such as Electro, Tribal and Breaks and more recently Slo Mo, the emerging artist is no stranger to the world of electronic music .

In 1998 I found my love in vinyl and electronic music. 
From that moment I have been collecting music and organising underground events in the north of Germany. For a long time I worked in record stores such as Konkret Record and MTS City Sound and did the hosting of radio show called Rudeboy FM in Oldenburg. 
In 2006 I moved to Berlin to get inspired by the diversity of sound. Since moving to the city I have played regularly at Freiland Festival at Mulde de Ragazzi (2010 - 2015). In 2012, together with DJ Soulsurfer (well known artist and organiser on the Drum and Bass circuit) CTRL Berlin was set up.
Also in 2012, I began curating at the Ma Thilda Bar  for the next three years, turning a corner stone for the experimental and improvised music in Berlin. 
From 2016 - 2017 together with other local and international artists and curators, I began working with this new collective on a project called the Mirror Mirror Festspiele. This is a Festvial for experiemtal music and contemporary art, initially held at the Greenhouse Berlin. 
After this time, I began working in the outer limits of Berlin, together with ambient musician and sonic artist Wolfram Spyra. From 2017 - 2020, we spent our time in the underground Art Space called the World Wide Window. Here, together with different members of the local community, we opened the doors of the space for workshops, concerts, underground parties. The WwW is now located in Frankfurt (Oder).
I live in the moment and I have more alter egos than I can put on paper. ..But in a nutshell, my heart  and energy is for ever dedicated to subculture and music.
