Sorry for not uploading anything recently, I haven't gotten enough time to actually work on my WIPs (I have AP Exams next week, so I won't be able to do any music until they're over). My cover from a few months ago didn't age very well in certain aspects, so I decided to do some touch ups. Thanks to @jewishjellydonut for giving me the idea to update it. Also, I apologize if this sounds muddy in some places, my mixing hasn't been the best of late.

Underfell - THEOVANIA v1 (Classic Cover)

In the deep, dark forests and in the lush green valleys, worshippers of Dionysus celebrated the eternal cycles of death and rebirth, symbolised in the sacred mask of the wild god. Drunk and intoxicated, wearing the mask of Dionysus, the actor is at once the shaman and the priest. Channeling the presence of the fearsome divinity, he drinks the sacred wine and eats the raw flesh of his prey. In this eternal moment, he becomes one with the god and the beast residing inside of him. Within Ancient Greek culture, the sacred rites of Dionysus have been appropriated and transformed into theatre performances. The shaman became the actor, the participants became the audience, the sacred altar became the stage. From myth as a ritual performance emerged the theatre of tragedy, in which the undying spirit of Dionysus, majestic and terrifying, speaks to us even today.

Chewed Tape Effects Trigger Cut Fuzz demos

Signal chain: guitar > trigger cut fuzz > Vox MV50 clean amp > Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 audio interface > Audacity software

demo 1 - Strat, standard tuning, bridge pickup. Pedal switches - bass switch:  norm, coil switch: single coil(sc). Nice lively rhythm fuzz.

demo 2 - Strat, standard tuning, neck pickup, guitar tone control rolled off for vintagey fuzz tones. Pedal switches - bass switch: cut, coil switch: single coil(sc) 

demo 3 - Gibson SG, drop C tuning, bridge pickup. Pedal switches - bass switch: norm, coil switch: humbucker (hb). Some pretty heavy riffage can be achieved!

TRIGGER CUT FUZZ INFO:
It’s a fuzz pedal, with one knob and two switches. Fiddling with said controls, along with your guitar’s volume knob, will give you everything from vintage(ish) fuzz/overdrive tones perfect for 90’s style alt/garage rock, right up into some pretty heavy, chugging riff territory. Why though? Well, personally, whilst I have always loved one knob fuzzes, I have always struggled to find one that sounded exactly the way I wanted it to. So I’ve built one that is a lot more versatile, but still only has one knob. And two switches. But they aren’t knobs, so technically, it’s still a one knob fuzz. So now, if I feel like playing some lo-Fi indie rock on my strat one day, and some doom metal on my downtuned SG the next, then I can do it with just one knob. I like that. Yes, there are also two switches.

Controls:

Volume: clockwise for more, the other way for less. Easy.

Bass Switch: switch between normal, cut and boost modes for more or less bass.

Coil switch: single coil and humbucker modes, flip it depending on what sort of pickups you are using. This is not set in stone, using single coils in humbucker mode will give a thinner, jangly, lo-Fi sound, whilst using humbuckers in single coil mode with the bass switch on “boost” will give you more bass than you might be expecting - try this setting with bass guitars.
