Written between Chicago and New York throughout 2023, 'Plateau' is a lacework of chiller dub-techno and ambient sparkle, crafted via recorded material, astute sampling, and live instrumentation. Rounded off with a stellar remix from your favourite ambient boyband (Purelink), this record is one for the serial unwinders.

Depending on the chosen song, the show can either be a detailed exploration of its immediate surroundings, or it serves as a starting point for a journey, navigating from one node to the next, delving deep into connected artists and genres. Either way, a mapping of the title track is given.

The final commute of 2024, a fitting excursion from Brighton’s Third Space.

Long standing 1BTN radio resident, Ross has been on the commute for many years.

His show of the same name has been a go to option to unwind from the vicissitudes life can throw our way. On a Monday evening Third Space often easing the listener into the more subtle realms he likes to present.

A purveyor of sound from far and wide, Ross’s knowledge, passion and composure shines brightly. A natural collaborator, Ross regularly invites many of Brightons deejays and collectives to share space on his show, bringing a much needed community spirit back to the coastal city.

Ross now manages and curates the music on offer at Brighton's The Well equipped with 4 kilpsch Hersey IVs, fine drinks, it’s well worth a visit.

Here we have a masterful flow on display, from a seriously underrated deejay.

Each track is a living icaro, woven from hypnotic basslines, tribal percussion, sacred chants, and subtle Arabic influences. The music carries you into a sacred space where geometry becomes sound, where water flows into fire, and where the boundaries of the self dissolve into infinite vibration.
