Joe Farr and his label User Experience are pleased to welcome Jamie Curnock. Jamie has been immersed in techno for 20 years releasing both vinyl and digital releases on his own co-run record label, Onnset Recordings plus a string of remixes for labels such as Emetic & Obscuur records. Jamie has consistently demonstrated a style of techno that hits hard, focusing on heavy driving drums whilst showcasing his individuality to productions through
melodics and experimental soundscapes. Not one, not two but three remixers are stepping up for UX006. UX regular Ike Dusk delivers a dirty sleazy hammer, up and coming Irish boy wonder Daryl sends in
a razor sharp banger and Corroid brings a face melting slammer.

Premiere: RVDE - Path Line [Overdraw]

Monnom Black will mark its 17th release with its first various artist compilation presented on triple vinyl. Keeping with the label’s modus operandi, the compilation is packed with iconic, raw and uncompromising techno, featuring 13 artists new and old to the imprint, including a re-release of a classic Drax aka Thomas P. Heckmann track from 1993.

To coincide with the launch of the compilation, Monnom Black will hold its first highly-anticipated label party. Locking arms with the notorious underground Dutch promoters Reaktor, known for their challenging events and pushing the boundaries of what techno has to offer. Together they will celebrate with an electronic onslaught on New Year’s Eve in Amsterdam’s Elementstraat Warehouse. A location cut to the bone that perfectly encapsulates the label and promoters combined vision and ethos.

Dax J curates the night fusing the label together for a special moment in time, with the titan warehouse opening up two of its rooms hosting a monster line up with the likes of CJ Bolland, Regis as CUB, Thomas P. Heckmann, I Hate Models, UVB, Stranger, Zanias, Cressida, Inhalt Der Nacht, Raffaele Attanasio, Tommy Holohan and Remco Beekwilder.

In a galaxy far, far away there was a party underway. The stars glittered up above, they were like beautiful dazzling pearls amidst the dense heat of the dark black sky. Miles away, back home on earth, there were people who knew nothing about the futuristic extravagance of alien life and planets beyond the line of sight. For their second release, Znzl, an artist who is constantly working on shaping style, offers nasty grooves to dance to as well as fulfilling the mind with curious soundscapes.
