Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a new Uun' gem on 'Ego Death'.

Uun returns to his imprint Ego Death for its 7th release. 
The vinyl version is pressed onto a special marble red and black color variation created specifically for this release. 
The artwork is printed on a partially translucent vellum lithograph.

The progression of the digital space from a place where like minded individuals can get together over shared interests has gone the way of everything else in the modern world. 
There is money to be made after all, and data is worth more than gold. 
All around us are rent-seekers, hucksters, and those who seek to profit from what was never theirs.

Platform Decay is the beginning of the end result. 
Everything that is unique and interesting is being flattened for maximum palatability and consumption. 
It is what the advocates like to call content. 
We have given all of ourselves away, so that we can be advertised to. 
All to chase the algorithm; the black box where art, culture, and creativity enter and only an amalgamation of disparate nothing exits.

Atrahasis is the genesis, the original story, the prime instance of human creativity and storytelling. 
We sell ourselves sight unseen for the simulation of a social experience. 
You try to walk the tightrope between physical and digital but soon realize you can’t have both. 
However your engagement is up which is the upside of losing everything. 
Reaching into the past you finally realize the meaning of the lamassu, the double aspect. 
Only to be forgotten again as you are consumed by the ouroboros.

The project is made whole by the evocative artwork of Ryote, who brings the themes together in a unique visual style. 
The beautifully printed vinyl insert lithograph print represents the digital tomb of social media, with the label art depicting the mythological double aspect.”

PREMIERE: XTR HUMAN - SCHRANK [Negative Gain Productions / Wie Ein Gott]

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new video from Minimum Syndicat. "March Of The Juggernaut" comes off the release S.C.H.O.R.L., forthcoming on Berlin's KILLEKILL. The Parisian duo (also known as MS or M-Syndicat) have been making electronic noise and live performances for decades. They are known for their very unique mix of acid, rave and industrial on the one hand and cinematic,
psychedelic, sci-fi landscapes on the other. S.C.H.O.R.L. is their first full length album. Like some kind of bleak space opera it tells its story of lonely subaquatic outposts, Soviet droids and mantis-priests gathering. The core is spaced out electro, but it also has elements of techno, doomcore, breakbeat and industrial, one could say. "At this point subgenres are less important than in the past, it's
more like the alternative electronic scene against the industry turning techno into moronic
money-driven entertainment.“, they say, and right they are.

The album features two collaborations with French heavyweights Umwelt and Voiron, the
artwork comes from the legendary Belgian artist Elzo Durt, who made some of our strongest
artworks in the past and who is a fan of Minimum Syndicat himself. The 2x12“ is limited to
100 copies, handnumbered and comes with a silk-screen A2 poster with a version of the
artwork.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the australian vocalist & producer Zanias (Candela Rising / Noiztank).

Zanias is a DJ, vocalist, producer and performer, and co-conspirator behind the Berlin Fleisch collective and record label (home of Schwefelgelb, Rendered, Forces and Dissocio Modus Trans). 
She is also the founder of a new event series called HÄXAN, set to begin at Berlin’s ARENA BERLIN Club in September 2017. 
In all her potentially dissonant endeavours she maintains her focus around the dark and melodic fringes of techno, the kind that encourages an inward journey towards cathartic transcendence while the body takes control. 
Using the alien realms of acid and muscle-moving basslines of electronic body music as her raw material, she is unafraid to explore moments of ethereal fragility alongside an inclination toward relentless driving force.

Fusing industrial/EBM/acid/techno and more, the styles of these two great producers couldn't work better for our channel.
