Carmilla Sioux, a DJ and producer based in Barcelona, delves into the realms of dark electronic music, exploring genres such as Dark Wave, EBM, Electro, Industrial, and Dark Techno. With roots as a bassist in Post-Punk bands for over a decade, she swiftly made a name for herself in Barcelona's underground scene before expanding her reach internationally, sharing the lineup with artists such as Filmmaker, Delectro, Void Vision, Petra Flurr, UnHuman, Agent Side Grinder, Puerta Negra, among others. In 2022, Carmilla independently released her debut EP "Witchcraft," and she is currently in the process of creating her second EP titled "Lumina Obscura," mastered and mixed by the producer Nightcrawler and scheduled for release later this year. In addition to her DJ sets and productions, Carmilla has also taken the initiative to organize her own events, “From Hell To Disco,” contributing to the promotion of the scene within Barcelona.

"This mix is like a disordered diary of the mind with old and new memories, distorted, convoluted, like feelings. Intertwined with reality, like a labyrinth or a dream. All these tracks resonate strongly. I wanted to include some old and new favorites because of how special they feel. From electroacoustic compositions and soundscapes to drone, unclassifiable experimental music and noise, doom, early industrial, post-rock, and post-punk. In no particular order. A big thank you to these artists (tracklist below) you bring joy in our strange era.
