DJ Phellix and Solar Kings join forces for their first collaborative release on Sounds Of Sirin with the two-track EP 'Then Shake.' Featuring the original tracks 'Then Then' and 'Shake Shake,' the EP brings together two unique sonic worlds in a powerful fusion of global rhythms and organic house.

Solar Kings is the project of Raman Gill and Juras Dauksas-known individually for their solo work as Arkatekt and Frømme. United by a shared passion for global sounds, they blend live instrumentation with deep electronic grooves, incorporating djembe, kalimba, mbira, and field recordings from forests, jungles, and sacred spaces around the world. Their sound design creates a rich, immersive atmosphere that pushes the boundaries of house music while staying rooted in organic textures.

DJ Phellix, widely recognized for fusing Persian folk music and poetry with modern electronic production, brings his distinct sensibility to the collaboration. With releases on labels like Sol Selectas, Cafe De Anatolia, and George V Records, his music bridges traditional influences and contemporary energy with a sound that continues to resonate on global dancefloors.

'Then Shake' is a vibrant meeting point between two distinct yet complementary visions-an EP shaped by heritage, curiosity, and a deep love for rhythm.

He has delivered remixes for James Lavelle’s UNKLE project and Eduardo McGregor (Moblack / Renaissance) while releasing a steady stream of standout tracks on respected labels including Renaissance, Global Underground, Lost Desert’s Souksonic, Café Mambo, Café del Mar, and Denmark’s Stella Polaris.
