After successful recent releases on Mystic Carousel, Estribo and 4am labels, Polish DJ and producer Greg Roslon AKA Modern Walking is back with a three track EP on Insignificant Location.
This release, very much inspired by the cold European winter months and its spectacular landscapes is lush with synth soundscapes, haunting vocals and heavy, warm bass patterns full of emotion and raw energy.
Not easily categorized, this release contains influences of deep, organic, progressive and melodic house and breaks with an indie house edge.

'Release number fourteen on San Francisco’s Manjumasi sees the return of Saultloom for his second dedicated artist EP. No stranger to the imprint, Saultloom debuted his new production project on 2017’s head-turning Kowtow EP, quickly followed up by the inclusion of “Canoodle” on the Six Swords VA. The new Susurrus EP marks just over one year since that debut, highlighting the continued maturation of his unique sound and artistic voice.
The title track “Susurrus” is a perfect reflection of Saultloom’s style: deep, contemplative and mysterious. A tapestry of deep, warm synths create the canvas over which rich washes of atmospherics are painted, creating a moving sonic image that is at once forceful and delicate. The second track “Insula” dives deeper into the depths. An insistent undulating synth slowly but insistently builds in energy over a brooding groove, just before giving way to a haunting and trippy breakdown built around a vocal sample that sits perfectly at the edge of interpretation. Finally, “Take Me Out” rounds out the package with a slowed-down chuggy rhythm and psychedelic washes of abstract organic and vocal elements.'

From a storied city, youthful fascination saw Starkato "Wake Up" to electronic music. Blossoming with techno brilliance, fizzing synthesised lines crackle in summer lightning strikes. A menacing bassline looms large over Berlin, panning LFOs reveal an omnipresence against a powerful metrical backdrop. Cold and motionless, circuitry is brought to life in "Parada" where an analogue narrative continues through the German capital. Warm motifs pulsate in waves across ancient architecture as the beating heart of a city at European centre is mirrored in metronomic pulse.

Radiating light across the Mediterranean, Ampish shines brightly over Alexandria. Sonic waves glisten across the seas in percussive rhythms, a siren rouses all from night-time reverie. "Wake Up" reinterpreted in dynamic fashion from an Egyptian star in ascendance, as powerful chords and emotive patterns flourish. Returning with typical aplomb, Tantum brings "Parada" to life with passion and emotion. A rippling arpeggio explodes into life alongside powerful bassline presence and machine-gun fire percussion. Karlsruhe is the epicentre of creative virtuosity where rhythm and melody combine in symbiotic harmony.

To complete the record we invited Madmotormiquel to provide a remix twisting the things into a real burner with a special driving groove to keep things rolling.
