ASMR Trigger Therapy 4 - Brushing Sounds, Layered Crinkle Binaural Sounds, Whispering, Slight Tapping, Inaudible Sounds.  This is one of my first video that i layered some audio, over the main track is a crinkle sound track from my classic silver soap sounds and also the Dr Dmitri Shirt, at the very bottom is some tapping sounds but there barley audible.

Manwelle is Role Playing an ASMRtist for relaxation purposes, in this Session we focus on Ear to Ear Whisper, Hand Movement.  Binaural Recorded with OKM in Ear Microphones + 2 x Rode NTG-3 Mics (4 mics in total)

This was recorded with a new dummy head setup with Camera + Mic mounted directly to the head to true create a true binaural experence

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find your trigger, common triggers:

Watching Someone Focus on a task
Personal Attention - like a hair cut
Watching Role Play
Tapping Sounds
Crinkle Sounds
