Sadly had a hectic week so I could only dedicate some time yesterday to work on this piece. I like what I've done for the beginning, I think the idea is very raw and needs expanding and I had some fun ideas, but the clock forced my hand to semi-abruptly move on. Middle section is incredibly underdeveloped, and the ending just sort of happens, but oh well!

I tried to incorporate one of the random motifs I had in the original and I forced myself to use the same patch I had before (with minor alterations). This was a bad idea, as I don't know how to arrange for a brass-like sound, and just kinda threw stuff at the wall, and most of it didn't really stick but with little time to edit it is what it is.

Still, could sound worse. I like to imagine this being the two halves of a winter storm, the lackadaisic and warm indoors, and the harsh and hectic outdoor storm.
