DJ Xænomørph, a resident AlpaKa DJ, hails originally from Mauritius and had a goal in mind to feature a healthy chunk of talented producers from his home land alongside a carefully curated line-up of absolute legends from around the world.
 
Delving deep into the techno spectrum, the compilation includes dark minimal techno, progressive techno, and psychedelic techno. To enhance the auditory experience, it also features some dark progressive psytrance gems, creating a truly unique and special collection for the listeners.

Legendary Italian producer Dusty Kid returns to the spotlight with a special standalone remix of his powerful track Kore, reimagined by none other than German techno icons Oliver Huntemann & André Winter- out this August on Dear Deer. Known for his genre-bending approach and analog-rich sound, Dusty Kid has built a loyal global following through decades of groundbreaking releases on labels like Systematic, Boxer & Southern Fried. Now, Kore gets a cutting-edge rework from two pioneers of the German techno scene: - Oliver Huntemann, the Hamburg-based legend behind Senso Sounds, whose deep, hypnotic sound has defined peak-time sets worldwide. - André Winter, a master of tight, driving grooves and longtime collaborator with Huntemann, is responsible for some of the most iconic underground tracks of the past two decades. Their remix is a masterclass in Techno, rooted in the classic German school of production - hypnotic, tense, and crafted for pure club impact. Expect brooding basslines, precision synth work, and a cinematic atmosphere that transforms Kore into something truly timeless. I was lucky to be chosen to warm up for Vini Vici in Mauritius for The Great Spirit party by Secret Models. This a post-recorded version of the set I played. A few mistakes but I guess that's what makes us human. Big thanks to the team behind the party as it was very impressive. Big thanks to Pratyush for the continued trust he places in me and for the opportunity to play on the biggest stage of the island.
