Georgi Z

Floree was born in 1995 and is based in the east of Germany. He is a young talented artist whose main focus is on the dark and driving side of minimal techno with psychedelic and trippy elements. At the age of 16, he identified with electronic music, and a year ago, he stood behind the decks and quickly realized that this is his passion. His sets have been heard internationally and through that, in March 2019 he attracted the attention of German record label "Moin Moin Records" and became a resident. Mixing music was not enough for the young artist so to express his creativity he decided to produce music as well. Finally, he is ready with his debut release, a three-tracker with remixes by Goa-based German producer Breger, Georgi Z from Bulgaria, and the 3rd remix by Spectrum and Mezzle from Mauritius. A solid pack called "Odyssee"

Like many others burdened by the persistent lock-downs of 2020, Rupt deeply experienced the dismal and dreary atmosphere persistent in each day, made all the murkier with the frequent cold and rainy weather in France. Out of this dark and shadowy tenor developed “Muddy Mood”. Stylistically, Rupt channeled the idea of being trapped/locked in a loop, a loop that never seems to end -- indicative of the monotony and restrictions of the current global crisis. 

The track entertains the emotional idea and minimal concept of presence vs. emptiness while maintaining its dark and demonic theme. The minimal space creates ample room for creative remixes -- delivered in spades by fellow french artists RNDM., Probe (new project from psy producer Neuronod), and German producer mexCalito.

Muddy Mood EP is Rupt’s first release with Shadow Wulf Records. This will be RNDM.'s second release with Shadow Wulf, and both Probe and mexCalito's first.
