Ken Zo - One of the leading DJs & Producers in Mauritius and pioneering local underground electronic music culture. With nearly 13 years of DJing under his belt, He has been involved in the most the bigger events in Mauritius, and was also co-organiser for events that hosted big names like Grouch, Breger, Evil Oil Man, Merkaba. He was also part of the organisation of E K T A Festival, the only 3 day electronic music event hosted in Mauritius so far back in 2015.

Usually known for his compositions with a defining take on Pystech, his DJ sets on the other hand exude versatility and he covers many genres from deep house to full on psychedelic trance with all genres in between.
For this set made specially for E U P H O R I A, Ken Zo takes us on a journey through the realm of techno with dark and driving beats leading to more spacious and large atmospheres with a hint of progressive.

The weekly SixthSense ritual of churning out radical psychedelic material continues on this week with a premiere from an underground hall of famer - James Monro. 

Dropping his mini album 'Spark' on our favourite label Digital Structures, Monro blazes the trail with extremely expressive thoughts that stretch and warp, causing the man made construct of time to stop and allowing the natural, god gifted blessing of creativity to blossom. 

'Icarus' builds on the tribal vibes that Monro keeps constant throughout the storyline of his album. A progressive techno chugger that steams along like a well oiled locomotive through the terrains of the sweltering, dusty, doof. A track that brings back memories of the veteran producer / DJ piloting our beloved 'Market Stage' into scenes of primitive and slightly neanderthal like behaviour. Just how us Aussies like our doof HSP's ;) 

We cannot wait for the album to drop, it's seriously one of the most left of centre packages of tasty audio that'll make SixthSense Sound fanatics fang for days !!
