With previous releases on respected label White Peach, this move to Infernal Sounds feels like a natural and formidable next step in their upward trajectory.

The title track and collaboration with Thematic, 'Friendly Fire', throws you straight into the heat of conflict-blending raw intensity with anguish through a bass-conjuring mainframe and razor-sharp, tech-driven mid-range tones.

'Phuketsk' follows as the second cut on the EP, delivering a hard-hitting step and relentless stomp that highlights BLOCKLAB's razor-sharp production finesse and unyielding energy.

'Lonely Toy' takes a more spacious approach, layering toy box tones and rich atmospherics to build a whimsical yet haunting soundscape. Introducing Mellon, Maksim Khudiakov, a Russian producer now based is Belgrade whose work draws on Dub, Jazz and classic Hip Hop influences.  Mellon’s latest EP, Brutalism, sees these influences gathered and shaped by personal touches; atmospheric textures and dextrous rhythms sit across 4 tracks that balance playfulness and brutality. The release marks another potent step forward for Sudo Sound and Mellons impressive Discographies. 

Also included in this release is a collaboration between Mellon and Dub Head. Hailing from Kiev, Ukraine, Vitalii, known as Dub Head, is a founder of Cybernetic crew with releases on Transparent Audio, Sofa Sound, Sauce Recordings & Dispatch; he is devoted to creating a unique and captivating sound in the world of Drum and Bass and beyond. His link-up on Mellons latest project brings 'Allergy' to the release, another example of why Dub Head remains one of the front runners in the scene.

Following the momentum from their debut collaboration - Tech One EP, Unkey and Mono Code return to Source Control with the next chapter in their collaborative series,  Tech Two EP. Continuing the conceptual thread that began with the label’s inaugural release, the duo delve deeper into their shared fascination with texture, structure, and  evolution in sound.



Rather than a conventional set of remixes, Tech Two reimagines and reconstructs the material from Tech One, transforming familiar ideas into something new and unexpected. Each track is a re-engineering of form, stripped back, rebuilt, and tuned for the darker corners of the club. The result is a record that feels both connected to its origin and entirely forward-looking, setting the stage for Tech Three next year, where the evolution of their sound will continue.
