For our 59th guest mix episode, we have a session from Álvaro Olivo, aka OlivoBreaks from Cañaveral de León, a village in the mountains of Huelva, where he developed a deep passion for breakbeat at the age of 12. Over time, his love for the genre grew, and he began taking his first steps in music in December 2022.

He is greatly influenced by the sounds of Guau, Pavane, Ruler, Bowser, Yo Speed, Kaak, Overpeak, FM-3, and Orebeat, with many of his sets reflecting these inspirations.

Today, Álvaro's sets are full of energy, featuring numerous tracks from labels such as 83, Elektroshok Records, Distortion Records, and Banana Club, among many others.

We are super proud to bring you our 60th guest mix episode, as we continue to showcase some of the hottest and freshest names coming out of the international breakbeat scene! For this next episode we bring you a session by Trisolidum, the dynamic union of Spanish producer GreenFlamez and two piano virtuosos, Alberto Jiménez and Hugo Martín. Their unique sound combines classical piano elements with Oldskool, flamenco essence, and Breakbeat, all fused with a powerful groove and contemporary influences and always striving for perfect harmony.

The trio's work is released under Samay Records, Solid Breaks Records, and Raveart Records. Their tracks have already made significant waves and achieved high positions in Beatport's Breakbeat Top 100 charts. Trisolidum's live sessions are a spectacle, featuring two live pianos blending melodies and harmonies in an entirely original performance. With pure passion and feeling, Trisolidum aims to revolutionize the Breakbeat genre, infusing each song with meaning and a story.

An absolute legend of the Spanish Breaks scene is Peter Paul from Seville, Spain. His career began in the early 2000's and he has had a long line of releases since. He started the N-Mity Sound label producing varying releases and 3 albums along the way. Peter Paul has also been considered that he created the genre Techno Breaks or Tech Breaks as we know it. This LIVE mix at the Banzai Club is from the very heyday of Tech Breaks around 2007 and is a prime example of his sound at that time.
