Sova, aka Thijs Bierman, is the new project from the artist known as DJ Helt. A Dutch DJ and producer with years of experience behind the decks and in the studio, Thijs has quietly built a reputation for depth, subtlety, and a strong sense of musical identity.

With Sova (pronounced Soba), he steps into a more refined and personal space, drawing on the same foundations that shaped his earlier work, but with a fresh focus. His sound moves between deep house, minimal, techno and soulful textures, always leaning into detail rather than drama. It’s not about trends or reinvention—it’s a natural continuation of a journey unfolding over time.
