The gents from PTTRN return on Float Records with their brand new EP Circumstances Lost. Three originals from the Belgium based duo including a remix by Portugese wonderboys Nørbak and Temudo. 

PTTRN does what it does best on all three originals. Well crafted, intense and loopy, all the ingredients that are needed are included. A cheeky percussive touch can be heard on both Lost 1 & 2. With Lost 3 the duo feeds the listener with a filtered ongoing sequence. To top it off, Nørbak and Temudo are delivering a dragging remix with a bass heavy sequence.

I have been DJing in the underground scene within Perth for a few years now and finally starting to find the sound I really like. I’ve interpreted and adapted to listening to many different sounds while I have spent my time going out here and travelling abroad and combined those sounds together into what I enjoy and like to dance to the most.

I enjoy various different genres and styles of Techno so I tried to put various different styles together in this mix and envision a journey of a sound that I would like to hear out in a dense light stripped pumping warehouse.

Copenhagen, Denmark born Dj and producer Ctrls, The Ctrls project was founded In 2012. From the first Token records release the presence of a highly individual sonic style was apparent and his fast paced and futuristic techno based sound has now been well established with a stream of respected music on labels such as Token Records, Earwiggle and Key Vinyl. A lifelong devotee of electronic dance music, DJ’ing and live performance are central for the project. This has resulted in many involved sets at globally notable venues such as Tresor, Fold, Berghain, Khidi, Fabric, Kit Kat, Fold and Club Drugstore in addition to a residency at Copenhagen’s purest electronic dance music venue: Ved Siden Af. The future heralds a wider scope as electro, breakbeats, noise and audio visual components are incorporated, as well as the physical Future Awkward and SafeCom event series.
