Electronic dance music and beyond
Nuno Costa began his ventures into electronic music in 2008 with his Sinner moniker, and with it he created Warface, a local crew and promoter focused on dubstep, drum ’n’ bass, and UK garage.

In 2013 he kickstarted his new project, VIL, focusing mainly on techno, electro, breaks, and house music. His debut EP came in early 2015, when Portuguese label Extended Records picked him up for a release. Soon after, he released on Lewis Fautzi’s “Faut Section” imprint and on the legendary Synewave New York, run by Damon Wild.

VIL’s refined taste and set building ability has already earned him a place at some of the best clubs in the country, of which Lux Frágil, Gare, and Ministerium are included, and is a regular presence at many of the country’s festivals as well. Fast forward to 2018, where alongside Portuguese artists Temudo and menosdois, he creates Hayes, a collective focused on showcasing the distinct output of its artists through vinyl and digital releases. Already counting four vinyl releases since its inception and garnering support by some of the biggest name in the scene, Hayes turns out to be one the most promising labels to rise during the pandemic.

Furthermore VIL used the extended time in the studio between 2020 and 2021 to place his output on renowned labels outside of his own realm. Landing highly anticipated EPs both on Ben Klock’s seminal label Klockworks and Stranger’s Self Reflektion further bolsters his studio proficiency.

Damon Jee's Dust & Blood welcomes the Spanish maestro AFFKT with an energetic and dynamic EP called "Corcho" that packs a punch. The EP also includes 2 original tracks and a fantastic remix by the guys in charge of our previous release, the French master minds Kimshies.
Marc Martinez Nadal, aka AFFKT, consecrated a music career and has been a driving force behind a vivid and empowering sound that is refined by his drive for perfection. He feels in deeply in communion with sounds that range from the most energetic hyper-glossy techno to the most detailed and innovative indie-electronica. Having worked on coining the sound of this alias since 2008, it has been a plethora of sounds, places, persons and cultures that has provided a platform for AFFKT to experiment with his output. He serves huge electronic crossover masterpieces that derive into the many sub-genres of music via key imprints such as Pets Recordings, Multinotes, Mobilee, Last Night On Earth, Disco Halal, Needwant, Exploited or Culprit and his very own Sincopat label. He expresses versatility digging deep into his influences of sounds by delivering heart-stopping, engaging techno on the likes of Octopus, Noir Music, Suara...

"Corcho" is a strong incantation of the artist's early influences in electronic music. It's a rollercoaster of emotions, with so much dynamic range that it keeps the listeners on their toes from beginning to end. The track lets us travel to the dancefloor with intense sound design to create a high-energy. Overall, it's an impressive piece of work that shows AFFKT's range and skills.

Meanwhile, "Spider Charmer" is a crossover track that blends different styles and influences to create something truly unique. It's a futuristic piece of music that feels both fresh and timeless, and it's sure to leave listeners speechless. The main organic lead bass is hypnotizing, drawing the listeners in and holding their attention throughout the entire track. Let’s rave or die!

And last but not least, the duo Kimshies, who is a regular of the Dust & Blood family, closes this chapter with an epic remix of "Corcho", another standout track, an inimitable interpretation of the original that creates a deep and memorable musical experience and takes the listeners on a sonic adventure. This rhythmic is a real tribute to electroclash, that will for sure stir things up.

Vivre dans cette société, c’est au mieux, y mourir d’ennui.

BITCH a atterri dans un monde fondé sur le sexisme, le racisme, l’homophobie, la putophobie, la grossophobie, la transphobie, le spécisme… Tout corps qui appartient à l’une ou à plusieurs de ces catégories traverse des violences singulières et des oppressions spécifiques. 
BITCH est dégradé-e, SCUM, injure, déviante, lie, boue. BITCH est originellement à l’endroit où la domination l’oblige à se tenir et la maintient en haleine.

Mais BITCH ne s’astreint pas à ces places pré/fabriquées comme viles. BITCH se les ait incorporées.
BITCH aboie et mord. BITCH renverse et brise. BITCH drague les sien-nes et baise le cistème.

BITCH est une organisation qui n’existe pas encore. Son nom n’est pas un acronyme. 
Il dit exactement ce qu’il sous-entend. BITCH est composé de BITCHES. BITCH signifie chienne, mais chienne n’est pas une définition objective. BITCH veut dire chienne et salope. Et vice versa. 

Les BITCHES sont agressives, autoritaires, dominatrices, fortes d'esprit, méchantes, hostiles, directives, violentes, odieuses, coriaces, impitoyables, vicieuses, dogmatiques, compétitives, insistantes, bruyantes, indépendantes, têtues, exigeantes, égoïstes, menaçantes, effrayantes, ambitieuses, dures, masculines, grosses, grandes, fortes, larges, impétueuses, tentaculaires, stridentes et laides. 

Les BITCHES sont débarrassées des convenances, de la gentillesse, de la discrétion, de l’opinion publique, de la morale, du respect et des trous-du-cul imbaisables. Toujours surchauffées, sales et abjectes, à voiles et à vapeurs les BITCHES déferlent et ielles veulent du nouveau : ielles veulent sortir de la fange, bouger, décoller, sombrer dans les hauteurs.


À la fin du printemps, l'an passé, H. demandait à son amie BB de remixer sa voix sur deux morceaux en vue de la préparation d'une performance. BB, en écoutant la voix d'H. fut emballée et saisit d'une pulsion de balancer le flow sur la foule des prides qui s'annonçaient. BB commença alors à inonder les marches des TPBG du texte CY-BITCH, écrit par H.. Remarquant que cela prenait aux tripes et aux cœurs nos cliques tant aimés, ielles décidèrent d'en faire plus, de ne pas se limiter à attendre une manifestation pour partager notre colère et notre empuissancement et de se donner un nom. Ainsi naquit l'EP CY-BITCH et le clan BASH-BACK. For all our bitches, all the dirty and crazy ones, JOIN THE TEAM.
