Micro Panicking is the main project of Guatemalan producer and selector Sebastian Castellanos. Deeply rooted in forest prog and dark progressive, his sound is defined by refined musical curation, emotional intros, and story-driven transitions that aim for elegant catharsis without oversaturation. With this project, Sebastian has performed in Mexico and at some of Guatemala’s most notable venues, carving a space for himself in the local psychedelic scene through a distinctive and carefully crafted aesthetic. Two extensions emerge from Micro Panicking: Macro Panicking, a faster and more intense alter ego, and SKUM, a collaborative project with his father that explores a rule-breaking kind of forest—infused with humor, chaos, and unexpected references.
