Fairies have always belonged to the threshold—between seen and unseen, matter and mystery.
In the oldest Celtic and Norse traditions, they were not the delicate sprites of bedtime tales, but radiant, otherworldly beings: the Sídhe, the Álfar—powerful presences tied to sacred mounds, hidden groves, and the thin veil between worlds. They were not small, nor harmless, but liminal—both beautiful and dangerous, a reminder that reality is deeper than appearances.

Over centuries, their image transformed. Medieval storytellers softened them into tricksters and helpers. The Renaissance gave them stage-light in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Victorian artists, chasing wonder, shrank them into delicate, winged companions of flowers and dreams. What was once a cosmic threshold became a glittering symbol of imagination.

This album lives in both worlds.
Synthetic Fairy fuses the raw soul of blues and progressive rock with the shimmer of synths, vocoder, and progressive house. Each track is an echo of that transformation: from the deep, mysterious resonance of the old fairy to the sparkling, electric shimmer of the modern one.

These six instrumental journeys are not bound by words, but by presence—fairies reborn in circuitry, wings made of oscillation, voices carried on vocoder wind, and flight sustained by house rhythms.

Synthetic Fairy is a six-track instrumental journey where myth meets machine. Rooted in blues and progressive rock, infused with shimmering synths, vocoder winds, and progressive house rhythms, the album reimagines the fairy’s evolution—from the powerful, mysterious beings of ancient folklore to the delicate, winged sprites of modern imagination. Each track becomes a threshold, where the ancient and the synthetic dance together in sound.
