Hardy Martinez was born in New York City and raised in East New York, Brooklyn being exposed to the harsh realities of life in the projects, divorce, social injustice and pressure. Music and videogames of all genres provided an escape throughout his upbringing along with other activities which included sports and creative writing.
As a young adult, Hardy adopted the name "Logic The Legend" to use as his online gaming ID and later his first stage name when he began writing rhymes. Through many changes, trials, and years of resilient growth both as person and an artist, Logic The Legend became L,egnd, personifying his passion for word play and metaphors.
Now living in and representing Houston, TX, L,egnd is poised and motivated to finally answer his calling. Despite juggling being a divorced father, a step-father, and a full time professional, Hardy L,egnd is focused on establishing himself as a talented act, performer and as an entrepreneur.
